The third plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Committee concluded on Wednesday in Beijing.As part of the agenda, participants of the plenary session have discussed the proposed candidates for state leadership positions and the leadership of the country's top political advisory body.The lists will be respectively recommended to the upcoming sessions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.The plenum has passed a decision and a plan on structural reform of the Party and state institutions.Part of the reform plan will also be submitted to National People's Congress for review, when it convenes on Monday.
