 "I'm going to load up on fruit" - I'm going to get a lot of fruit.  “我要去买水果”——我要买很多水果。 

She gets "some apples and bananas."  她买了一些苹果和香蕉。
She looks "around to see what kind of cooked foods" the market has.  她四处看了看,看看市场上有什么样的熟食。
Cooked, "cooked," food is food that is already prepared.  煮熟的、煮熟的食物是已经准备好的食物。
In American markets, many of them sell food that is already ready to eat.  在美国市场,许多人出售已经准备好吃的食物。
You can just take it home and eat it; the food is already cooked. 你可以把它带回家吃,食物已经煮好了。
Could be chicken; it could be other meat; it could be soup.  可能是鸡肉,可能是其他的肉,可能是汤。
These are all things you can buy in many big markets - many supermarkets. 这些都是你可以在许多大商场买到的东西——许多超市。
Lucy says that today she is "feeling lazy."  露西说今天她“感觉慵懒。”
She doesn't want to work very hard, just like me!  她不想像我一样努力工作!
She's "feeling lazy" and she does not "want to cook tonight." 她感到“慵懒”,她今晚不想做饭。
Instead, she picks up, or gets, "a sandwich" and heads "for the checkout stands." 取而代之的是,她拿起“三明治”,走向“结款台”。
So, she's going to buy a sandwich, and after she gets it, she heads for, or she goes toward, "the checkout stands."  所以,她要去买一个三明治,当她拿到三明治后,她走向,或者她走向“结款台”。
The checkout stands are places where you pay for the food that you want to buy.  结款台是你付钱,买你想买的食物的地方。
The verb to checkout, "checkout," means to buy something at a store.  动词结帐,“结帐”,意思是在商店买东西。
Usually, when you go get what you want, and then you go to one place to pay for it. 通常,当你去选好你想要的东西后,你会去一个地方付钱。
