The White House said Wednesday that President Donald Trump's proposed Washington meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin had been delayed until 2019, citing the ongoing probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

On Capitol Hill, the Secretary of State took tough questions from senators of both parties about Trump's meeting with Putin in Helsinki and North Korea's denuclearization after the summit in Singapore.

President Donald Trump says the United States and the European Union have agreed to work for "zero tariffs and zero subsidies" on non-automobile goods. Following a meeting with the President of the European Commission, Trump says the EU has also agreed to buy "a lot of soybeans" and increase its imports of liquidized natural gas from the US.

Drone footage recorded above a section of Greece near Athens shows the damage following the deadliest wildfire to hit Greece in decades, killing at least 79 people and sending thousands fleeing.

Scientists say they have detected water beneath the surface of Mars, raising the possibility of life on the red planet. The reservoir, which is at least 20 miles across, was found by radar signals. Experts called the discovery thrilling.
