Pittsburgh synagogue shooting suspect Robert Bowers is expected in Federal Court for his arraignment on Thursday. He faces 44 charges including murder, hate crimes and obstructing in the practice of religion.

And divers off Indonesia have found the flight data recorder from the Lion Air plane that crashed on Monday. US federal and Boeing inspectors have joined the investigation. 189 people died in the crash.
