and black smoke is gonna stand out because it's a good contrast and looks very unnatural. 黑烟与周围反差明显  容易引人注意 一看就知道是有人刻意为之的

They're not gonna mistake that for a bush fire. 而不会被人当成一般的山火

Once the fire is built, make a torch to light it. 火堆搭好后  做个火把将之点燃即可

The important thing about a torch is that when you want it to light, 做火把的关键在于  要用到它的时候

it goes straight away first time.And all of this is just dry banana husk  它必须能一下子就被点着 这些干的芭蕉叶子就可以

Really rough it up,so it's nice and fibrous and will take a spark. 好好搓一搓 让它们的纤维搓出来 这样就容易点燃

Rains come fast and heavy here. 这里雨总是来得又急又大

If the grass gets a soaking, it will never light,so cover it to keep the water out. 要是干草堆受了潮  那就点不着了 所以需要在外面包点东西以防水

Banana leaves are perfect.Okay, that will do it. 芭蕉叶是不二之选 行了  应该可以了

Hopefully, this will stay dry, and when I need it alight,whip it away, get it going. 希望在需要点火的时候它还是干的 到时候把外面的一掀  就可以用了
