This after prosecutors declined to charge three white teenagers who hung nooses in a tree on high school grounds. 2. Another secretary is leaving President Bush's cabinet. Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns is stepping down. He is expected to run for the Senate seat Nebraska Republican Chuck Hagel is giving up. 4. God has answered his accuser. Nebraska State Senator Ernie Chambers sued God for a permanent injunction on natural disasters. But in a legal response that a court clerk says appeared mysteriously, God says he was never properly served. So the case should be dismissed. |
