Brian Nichols is charged with escaping from custody at a downtown Atlanta courthouse and killing a judge along with three other people. The cost to defend Nichols has not left enough money for other cases. 4.At this North Carolina fastfood restaurant, the manager takes on a robber, grabbing his gun, wrestling with him in the kitchen. All caught on surveillance tape. Eventually, the fight goes outside and the gunman escapes. |
