First up. Egypt has ordered that the former president, Hosni Mubarak, be detained for fifteen days while he's being investigated for abusing his power. Mr Mubarak was forced to step down after Egyptians protested that his government wasn't running the country properly. He's in hospital at the moment after being taken ill while he was being questioned. His two sons have also been kept locked up for fifteen days 

Next up. The Japanese car maker, Toyota is to stop making cars in five European factories for a few days in April and May. It's because there's a shortage of supplies from Japan following the earthquake and tsunami there. There will also be similar shutdowns in North American factories. In Japan itself, the radiation levels are falling around the Fukushima nuclear plant. But farmers are still worried about it - Mutsuo Mito says he's sprinkling the milk from his cows on his field rather than risking selling it. 

CLIP: We have 48 cows that are currently giving milk, and so we produce about 1,200 litres of milk per day. But due to the radiation, I'm taking it and throwing it away in my field. 

An Air France jumbo jet has clipped the tail of another plane while taxiing at New York's JFK airport. The smaller Comair jet was sent spinning on its wheels and a shower of sparks fell from where the planes touched. No-one was injured. Investigators will now take a look at the flight recorders from both aircrafts. 

In footie, Manchester United are through to their fourth Champions League semi-final in 5 seasons after knocking Chelsea out with a 2-1 win at Old Trafford last night. Javier Hernandez and Park Ji-sung scored their goals, with Didier Drogba equalising for Chelsea briefly. And Barcelona forward Lionel Messi secured a 1-nil victory against Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk. Messi's goal was his 48th for the club this season. 

Which brings us to today's question...what's the nickname of Manchester United? We'll have the answer tomorrow.

Next. A circus with a difference is currently on tour in London. It's called "Cicolombia Urban" and most of its performers are street kids from the shanty towns of Cali, in Colombia. One of the performers told us about it.

Last up. NASA has decided to send three retired space shuttles to museums in California, Florida and suburban Washington. The American space agency has also announced that hundreds of shuttle artefacts, including simulators, nose cones and seats, will go to other museums. Schools in America can apply to receive their very own piece of a shuttle by bidding for a heat shield tile.
