Authorities in South Bend, Indiana say there is no body cam video after a white police officer shot and killed a black man. The officer was responding to a call about a suspicious person going through vehicles.

Crews in eastern Kentucky rescued a 90-year-old woman after a mudslide smashed through her home. Rescuers say it took 4 hours to get the woman out after heavy rains in the area.
