Iran says there's no chance for negotiations with the US, now that the new US sanctions are in place. National Security Adviser John Bolton, in Jerusalem, wouldn't rule out talks with Iran.

A Texas congresswoman says most of the children in a border patrol station near El Paso have been removed. There were reports of more than 300 children detained in squalid conditions, without enough food or water.

A brush fire burned 86 cars in a Carmax dealership lot in Bakersfield, California. Authorities say a truck dragging a chain or some other objects may have caused sparks, and started the fire.

And Space-X launched its biggest rocket with 24 research satellites on board. 2 booster rockets made a smooth landing at Cape Canaveral, but the core booster missed its ocean platform.
