The EU and the US say they will impose "further costs" on Russia over its actions in Ukraine, as unrest continues in the east of the country. Officials in Chile say it could take more than 20 days to extinguish a deadly forest fire in the hills around the port city of Valparaiso. We get the latest from our reporter there.
