US Central Command's Twitter and YouTube accounts are suspended after being hacked by a group claiming to be supporters of Islamic State. It comes as President Obama gave a speech on cyber-security. Cambodia's biggest dam came into operation on Monday supplying 338 megawatts of hydro-power. Is this unqualified good news or should environmentalists be worried?
