The threat of more sanctions is hanging over Russia. Europe's foreign ministers have been meeting in the Latvian capital Riga today, amid heightened tension over the crisis in Ukraine. Yuriy Pavlenko, Ukraine's Minister for Agrarian Policy, tells the BBC how the fighting has affected output in Eastern Ukraine, while Dr Frank Schauff of the Association of European Businesses in Russia explains why he thinks tightening sanctions further is a bad idea. And Oliver Ralph of the Financial Times and Charlie Herman of WNYC Radio in New York chew over some of this week's big stories, including: the murder of Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov in Moscow; the announcement by China's president that this year's growth target is seven percent, its lowest for 25 years; and the US lawsuit over Pharrell William’s and Robin Thicke’s 2013 megahit, Blurred Lines.
