The US state of Indiana is threatened with a boycott over a new law many see as a way to allow businesses to discriminate against gay people. One of the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly is based there and they're worried it might scare away top talent. Seventy million Nigerians get ready to vote for a new president, but what can whoever is elected do to restore international investor confidence? We hear from Ayo Oviosu, founder and head of Paga, a mobile payments company in Lagos.
