Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe continues his visit to California, in what could mark a new dawn for U.S and Japanese relations. We speak to Professor Takeo Hoshi the Director of the Japan Programme at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at Stanford and Congressman Mike Honda, the US Representative for California's 17th District, also known as Silicon Valley. Following the catastrophic earthquake in the Nepal six days ago, the country's Finance Minister talks to the BBC about the non-appearance of foreign funds.
