大家现在脑补一个餐厅服务员对你无礼的场景，你现在很生气，马上要爆炸了，对方已经对你很不礼貌了，但你仍然很克制：

客人A: Why are you so rude? Is this how you treat all your customers?

你为什么如此无礼？你就是这样对待所有的客人吗？

服务生B: I don't think I'm being rude. I didn't say anything insulting or mean.

不认为我很无礼。我没有说任何侮辱或者刻薄的话。

第一轮：明确指出对方无礼

面对服务生的无礼，首先不要生气和动怒，我们自己不要说没有礼貌的话，只需要义正言辞的指责出他的错误即可。

具体怎么指责？两个“拿来就用”句式：

指责①：Why are you so rude? 你为什么如此无礼？

指责②：Is this how you treat all your customers? 你就是这样对待所有的客人吗？

Is this how you treat…

你就是这样对待…的吗？

口语中，如何应用这个表达：

You're charging me the full price? Is this how you treat your friends?

你要我付全价?你就是这样对待你的朋友的吗？

服务员说的这句话中，也有一个非常地道的英文表达：

Being rude

粗鲁，无礼

说一个人Being rude和rude有区别：

· He's rude. 表示这个人很粗鲁。

· He's being rude. 这个人“现在”很粗鲁。

再来看一下口语中的例句：

Your friend is being rude to the other guests. Maybe you can say something to her.

你的朋友对其他客人很粗鲁。也许你可以说她一下。

服务员给自己找理由时，还解释说自己没有侮辱和冒犯我们。
