We talk to Estonia's Prime Minister Taavi R?ivas, and get some analysis from Olexiy Solohubenko, the BBC's Eastern Europe specialist. Plus we speak to the man who has been called the Sherlock Holmes of the art world - Chris Marinello, the boss of Art Recovery International. Kai Ryssdal from our partner station Marketplace interviews the director of a documentary called Shake the Dust, which chronicles the influence of hip hop music and break-dancing in slums and ghettos all around the world.
