Today he is charged with conspiracy, corruption and tax evasion. 4. A two-year-old girl born with four arms and four legs has regained consciousness after a 24-hour operation to remove the extra limbs. Doctors in India say the toddler is smiling but seems to be confused about the loss of her extra limbs. |
