It's an intensely personal place, especially for the families of those lost. Charles G. Wolf's wife Katherine worked on the 97th floor of the North Tower.

(Wolf) "I'm looking forward to it and I'm dreading it because there's all sort of emotions that are coming up right now."

Personal items like shoes worn by those running from the Towers are on display along with seared credit cards and even the uniform wings of Betty Ong, one of the flight attendants who was on board American Airlines Flight 11, giving information about the hijacked plane to folks on the ground until its impact on the North Tower.
