The high court will take up the case of Anthony Elonis, who's serving a four year prison sentence for posting threats on Facebook.

高等法院将开始审理安东尼伊隆尼斯的案件,他在Facebook上发布的威胁性言论将使自己被判处4年有期徒刑。

He claims he was writing rap lyrics-and blowing off steam-when he threatened to kill his estranged wife and shoot up a classroom full of kindergarten children.

One his posts about his wife said-quote-“There's one way to love you, but a thousand ways to kill you”.

Elonis says his comments should be covered under the First Amendment, and he wants his conviction overturned.
