Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis plans to return to work on Monday.

She was jailed last week for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same sex-couples, then released several days later.

Davis has said any licenses issued without her authority are not valid.

Deputy Clerk Brian Mason said Wednesday that if he has to, he will disobey his boss and continue issuing licenses rather than refuse the orders of the U.S. District Judge David Bunning.
