And they're expecting us to buy more in November and December.

The National Retail Federation predicts we'll spend $630 billion, nearly 4% more than a year ago.

We could also spend another $105 billion shopping online…while the rest of us have a bigger list than that.

So a PwC survey says people who make over $50,000 a year plan to spend $1,331 bucks buying holiday gifts, that's more than last year.

But those who earn less than $50,000 have a $681 budget on average, which would be less than their 2014 spending.
