Israel has stopped short of claiming responsibility for a bombing near Damascus International Airport. But the army says the explosion is consistent with its policy of stopping Iran from smuggling weapons into Syria. Syrian rebels say an Israeli airstrike destroyed a weapons depot belonging to Lebanon's Hezbollah group. Hezbollah is an ally of the Assad regime.
