French President Emmanuel Macron has arrived in the Lebanese capital of Beirut on a visit to offer support after Tuesday's explosion.

The restriction came hours after Facebook removed a video post from the page of Trump over what it called "harmful COVID misinformation."

The removed post contains a video clip of Trump claiming during an interview that children are being almost immune to the virus.

Both companies suggest it's a violation of their policies about COVID-19 misinformation.

Twitter also requires the post to be removed before the account owner tweets again.

A new report shows private companies in the United States added 167,000 jobs last month amid a resurgence of COVID-19 cases.

The figure is well below the forecast of 1 million by economists surveyed by Dow Jones.

Payroll data company Automatic Data Processing suggests it indicates a much slower employment growth compared with June, when 4.3 million jobs had been created in the sector.

American private companies slashed over 300 thousand jobs in March amid COVID-19 shutdowns, the first private payroll contraction in a decade.
