A terrorism investigation is underway in the French city of Strasbourg where a gunman has killed four people and injured 12 others. Police say the attacker was wounded in an exchange of gunfire and is still at large. The 29-year-old suspect has been previously identified as a security risk, with suspected ties to radicalism.

She was granted bail, subject to a guarantee of 10 million dollars and other conditions. China had threatened severe consequences unless Canada released the telco official immediately.
