President Donald Trump appeared no closer to signing an end-of-year COVID relief and spending bill Sunday, this as unemployment aid for millions expired overnight. The federal government will run out of money at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday if Trump doesn't sign the bill.

The Winnebago County State attorney said 37 year-old Duke Webb was charged with three counts of murder and three counts of first-degree attempted murder.
