保罗：你有点问题，这我一点儿也不奇怪，你嫁给了一个在狱中的谋杀犯。显然，你是个不太正常的年轻女子。但好消息是，我愿意帮你。我只需要你的一点爱作为回报，你能做到吗？

Beth: What-What's that?

Paul: I got you a little something. Try it on.

Beth: Paul...This isn't... really my style.

Paul: Let me be the judge of that.

Beth: We talked about this. You said we could take it slow.

Paul: It's been almost a week. Isn't that slow enough?

Try it. Maybe it'll put you in the mood.

Beth:It won't.

Paul: Come on.

Beth: Paul,no. How could you possibly think i would wear something like this? What are those?

Paul: The letters you sent me in prison. Read this.

Beth: Paul,please don't get upset-

Paul: Out loud.

Beth: "I long for you to kiss my neck, to whisper in my ear while you unbutton my blouse."

Paul: Go on.

Beth: And then..."make love to me...all night long."

Paul: Did you write these?

Beth: It was a fantasy. I never thought it would be real.

Paul: It is real.

Beth: Paul, please -

Paul: We're married now. What did you expect?

Beth: I thought you would stay in prison. I didn't mean that. I'm sorry.

Paul: It's not a surprise to me that you have some issues. I mean,you married a man in prison for murder. Clearly,you are a disturbed young woman. The good news is, I'm willing to help you. All i ask in return is for a little affection. Do you think you can offer me that?

Beth: I'll try.

Paul: Good. I'm a patient man,beth. But just so we're clear, I won't be patient forever.
