Let's start with horizontal, and you take it from there.

If you're in a car, then probably like, wear your seat belt as a — lay on your seat belt.

如果你在车里，那可以系上安全带，就像……躺在安全带上。

You start on your back, and you're gonna turn around later. It's not... you're in control. You just sleep.

Gotta lay down with my arms out, be like this.

I prefer the sprawled out on the bed like a starfish with the blanket only over the bottom half of your calf, because you don't need to be very warm, but it's cold without a blanket.

Try your side. Try your back. Try your stomach. Get a really good pillow, that's what I say.

Put one leg up. And then sleep kinda like on your belly-ish sideways. That's, like, the most comfortable sleeping position ever.

I have a go-to sleeping position, where I lean like this and I curl up like this, like a little fetus. And I wrap myself like a little cocoon so I'm like the caterpillar in Bug's Life.
