79.characteristic of a house

Personally, I would like to say that the most important characteristic of a house is tranquility.There are a couple of reasons to name. The first reason I wanna say is when I’m free, I can stay in front of the window, smell the grass and flowers and listen to the birds singing, all of these help me relax and relieve the pressure from work and study.The second reason isI can focus on my book, that means I can spend little time, but attain more knowledge.So that’s why I think tranquility is the most important characteristic of a house.
