A: I want to exchange this DVD player.

B: No problem. Do you have your receipt?

A: That's one thing I never forget.

B: Now, what seems to be the problem?

A: This DVD player won't play DVDs.

B: Well, at least you kept your receipt. One moment, please.

A: I spent almost an hour trying to make it work.
