A Brit, a Frenchman and a Russian are viewing a painting of Adam and Eve frolicking in the Garden of Eden.

英国人、法国人和俄国人一起看着一幅亚当和夏娃在伊甸园里嬉戏的画。

"Look at their reserve, their calm,"muses the Brit."They must be British."

“看看他们的含蓄和沉静，”英国人若有所思地说：“他们一定是英国人。”

"Nonsense,"the Frenchman diaagrees. "They're naked, and so beautiful. Clearly,they are French."

“胡说，”法国人不赞成：“他们不仅裸体，而且长得很美，无疑是法国人。”

"No clothes, no shelter," the Russian pionts out,"They have only an apple to eat, and they're being told this is paradise. Certainly, they are Russian."

“没有衣服穿，也没有地方住，”俄国人指出：“只有一颗苹果可以吃，却有人告诉他们那里是天堂。很显然，他们是俄国人。”
