Dialogue 1 A:So how long will it take before we receive our order?

B:According to your order specifications ,we would be able to complete production in about two month,after production,depending on your transportation arrangements.you should be able to have product in hand in a matter of weeks after the order has been failed.

A:A matter of month,that's completely unacceptable,with our market demands,we must have something more timely,production should take two month,your factory certainly have more capacity than that.if you can't get the product too as sooner ,we'll just have to go with another supplier.

B:MR HIGERS,I know you have been making needs order for sometime now.have you ever had order failed in less than a month.

A:No,

B:I do understand your concern about tight deadline ,now it's the business's time for your industry,isn't it?

A:Yes,it certainly is,all of above our competitors are also flooding the market with orders,we've just got to get the upper hand.

B:Without the extra demand placed on factories to fail increase the orders ,how difficult it would be to find factory that confuse your order immediately.

A:Well,i hadn't thought about that,i suppose most factories are also in the same spot you are.

B:Well,Mr HIGHERS, as you can see,i understand your concerns and your tight deadlines,however,it is not possible to move production faster.not with us,and not with anyone else either,we would really like to work this problem out with you,perhaps we can discuss different shipments options that would short your time.

Dialogue 2 A:What kind of options do we have for materials?

B:The particular model you have ordered,comes and choices of stain less steel,copper alloy or titanium.each material has different pricing of course as well as different strings and weakness to each choice.

A:Well,it seems like copper alloy should be just strong as the stain less steel.with the way the metals market is going.the price should be comportable as well.i think your rate difference on the two is rediculous

B:John have you taken a look at the price of steel lately?

A:No,i suppose i haven't,but it doesn't reasonable to expect such in markable difference in price .

B:I can understand your concern,but consider for a moment,the difference in wait alone,of the copper ?do you think the stain less steel being much so heavier?might have something to do within increased ability.

A;Yeah,i guess,i hadn't thought of that.i think the stain less steel model are doable,maybe that has something to do with pricing .

B:Indeed does.
