Dialogue 1 A:Our headquarters are wondering when we can expect to receive the shipment of our latest order,we really are getting quite anxious about our market deadlines.

B:By your latest order,are you referring to the text style shipment or the ?

A:The text style shipment isn't to urgent to the ?we do need them ASAP,we can't afford to wait more than a couple more weeks on that order.

B:According to our records,the ?order is ready to be sent,which means do you prefer for shipment？

A:For our time line,the best option would be to go by air,what's more,it's that we wouldn't have to worry is much about damaging the goods as much with the air transportation,as we would with ground transportation.

B:Well,you are right about air transportation being the quick option,i'm afraid it's very costly,for the size of your order,i think you'd end up loosing money on the trans action,if you insist on air transport,you would end up paying additional 30%-40% of price we have graded on.

A:Oh,really,that's definitely not acceptable ,if air transport is too expensive,what other kinds of shipping options can you offer me?

B:There are several transportations alternatives,most of our clients opt for oceanic transport,shipping by sea can be the least expensive of choice.

A:And slowed as well,i really think we need to find a balance between cost and speediness.

B:May i suggest multimodal combined transport?we could send your shipment first by sea,and then by rail,perhaps the rail portion would be make up some time for you.

Dialogue 2 A:Mr,Hu,i am so glad to get a hold of you ,i've been calling your office for the last few days now,now then our payment has been received ,we need to talk about how we're going to get the goods.

B:Yes,well, we do need to work out a shipping plan,i'm sorry you has such trouble getting in touch with me ,Mis,Cutter,i have been out of the office for the last three days,but i did receive your messages.

A:What we need to know,it's how soonest possible to affect shipment,do you think we could get our order by mid month?

B:Certainly,our production schedule is very busy,but i think we can manage to the mid month of your order by the end of February.we are standing in bad log that metal curb,but we now,and then,your order should be well on this way before your deadlines.
