Dialogue 1A:How would you like to handle payment options for your order?

B:Generally speaking,we usually go with 50;50 arrangement with our suppliers.We'll pay 50% of our order upfront,50% upon receipt,that's on we've done in the past.

A:For a first time order,our policy is to require a minimal of 75% of the payment upfront.subsequent orders are usually arranged that 50:50 payment plan,since this is the first time we're working together,we'll have to require a higher initial deposit.

B:75% upfront seems a little high ,we haven't counted this situation with any the other partners we have worked with, do you think you could give us a little break on this one.

A:Generally,our payment policies are less negotiatable,we have several options for the initial payment ,however,you can pay the initial 75% of your order into installments,one to be made it signing of the contract,the other do it 30 days after the signing of the contract.

B:Would be on installments affect on our production date?

A:No,because the production process will take up to three months,your second installments will be received before production is complete,it shouldn't affect your dates at all.

B:If we made the initial payment in one larmp some,would you be willing to consider 70:30 arrangement?

A:70;30 might be able to be arranged,if you make your payment by a electrical fund transfer or direct online check.

B:Great.

Dialogue 2 A:What kind of options do we have for payment?

B:There are a lot of choices,payment in full upon completion of contract disagree option,if you decide to go with this option,no one storm charges apply.

A:Our order sizes is quite sunstantial,if we pay the full upon after signing of contract,we did expect some of the discount ,what can you offer?

B:Usually,payment in full results a straight 5% discount right of the top,considering your order is over 5,000 units, we may be able to offer in 8% discount for total payment upfront.However,if installments are more convenient,we can arrange partial payments as well.

A:If we do partial payments,we'll be subject to installment charges.

B;Yes,that's true.we offer three different installment plans,you can break your payment up into 2,3,or 4 installments,each installment plan has its own applicable charges,a last option would be a monthly arrangement,not to exceed nine months,of course, the monthly arrangement doeshave interest.

A:Well,we are not interested in any monthly,and especially not interested in paying interest on order,however,what we'd like to say,is it arrangement of 2 or 3 installments,we could pay one third upon contract completion,one third production completion,and one third receipt.

B:Such a payment skin could be arranged.

A:Instead of the discount ,we'll be offered ,if you paid in full upfront,we'd like to see the installment charges waved ,with such a large order,it seems that would be doable.
