Dialogue 1 A:I hope you can offer some kind of assurance for the quality of products coming out of your factories,the whole reason we are starting from scratch our sourcing now,it's because our last supplier gives us substandard products,you really got burnt with the shipment we made,turns out their ? used down the products,talk about being ?

B:I can assure you,our factories own the highest quality material's production,we meet safety regulations for all our product lines,we have obtained safety complains certificates from all the necessary governmental agencies.you really don't need to worry about making another mistake with your suppliers,Mis,Jones.

A:Well,that's good to know.As far as being up to standard and safety regulations, your reputations speak for itself,we've already heard many good things about your company.

B:Thank you,i am certain if you complete your order with our company,you won't be disappointed,you'll see that our reputation for quality is well earned.

A:As far as quality goes, what kind of measrues do you currently have in place for quality control?

B:We have quality control experts who stand in on our production lines to monitor or output,we also do random sampling every half an hour to make sure the level of quality is maintained,and each an every unit,the goal's out of our factory is quality in expected.

A:Sounds quite impressive.

Dialogue 2 A:That seems to be about it ,you should have your order produced and shipped out from the factory next week.

B:Great, i am appreciated your speedy production on our order,we do have one other concern,however.

A:What's that?

B:Before the shipment is made,we'd like to send over representive from our company to your factory to do a quick quality control inspection.

A:Is that really necessary?we can guarantee our products won't substandard.

B:I value your assurance on the quality of your products,but we feel it is better safe and sorry.our standard procedure is to send one of our guys over to do a quick check,before any shipment goes out,it protects us and protects you as far as liability is concerned.

A:I see,well i suppose a factory tour and order inspection can be arranged,what kind of requirements do you have?

B:We'll just need access to the units before there are packaged for shipment.

A:OK.
