What does the legal aspect look at our copy right application? how is the paper work coming along?

The legal department already started the copyright process. But it is still under review by the copyright office. They have to ensure that on similar designs have already be submited for copyrights before we can move forward on this.

I thought the research was already done. Did the legal already take care of it?

Sure they did. But the legal team’s research is only part of application packge for copyright. The copyright bureau will review and confirm the research we have already done.

How long dose the process usually take?

Well unfortunately it sometimes takes a while. It will usually takes up to three months. But it also depends on how complete your filing is to begin with.

The over thing body will take it time to review and register copyright applications.

Anyway to rush the process a little. We can’t go out into the market until our copyright is secure. If we do, it’s just too dangerous. The competition is so stevened and scrupulous that they will snatch our ID and our heart be.

We got to copyright, it is the only way to protect our innovations. Otherwise we have no legal arm to deal with anyone who copys our works. When we are awarded the copyright, we can sue any invasions..

What kind of advanced technology are you talking about?

The technology is in the design which is the result of years of research by our team of engineers. You won’t be able to find anything like it in anywhere else. We are the only manufacturing of the unique technology.

So you have a pattern on this design? Would you be willing to allow license on your pattern?

Because we own the design prince and unique magni ,we would have the priority to license it .

We would be willing to under turn the idea.
