Ctrip is the second major travel booking website that has encountered problems with travel agents selling tickets that were redeemed through frequent-flier programs.

携程旅行网是第二大旅游预订平台，但因中介公司“假机票”而牵扯其中，“假机票”原为某“常飞”项目积分兑换活动。

One day, a man named Fu Jingnan headed to the Haneda airport in Japan, having booked a flight on Ctrip.com, like many of his compatriots.

一位名叫傅京南的乘客在携程购票，并前往日本羽田机场。

But lo and behold, the airline with which Fu booked the flight refused to give him a boarding pass, saying that his ticket was redeemed by using the mileage points of somebody unrelated to Fu.

但航空公司却拒绝傅京南登机，并表示该机票为里程积分兑换机票。

But when Fu booked the flight on Ctrip, there was no way to find out how these tickets were procured.

但傅京南是在携程订得此票，那么又如何知道该票的购买途径。

Indeed, it is a common airline policy to limit customers to using only mileage points accumulated by their own travels or that of their relatives.

根据政策规定，将里程积分限制在本人或家属之内已成为常态。

Ctrip stated that this was a case of travel agents selling tickets redeemed in a dubious way, that it would stop doing business with the travel company in question, and offer compensations to Fu.

据携程网声明，此事件是由于供应商违规操作造成，并将与该票台停止合作，并对傅进行进行补偿。

The episode follows on the heels of another incident where four major airlines cut ties with another popular travel website Qunar over the same issue.

在此之前，四家航空公司也因同样原因与去哪网“分道扬镳”。

In these cases, customers also had no idea where the tickets they purchased on Qunar had come from, and found they had to pay additional fees to make changes to their tickets.

在这些事件中，乘客对去哪网的车票来源一头雾水，若想改乘还需支付额外费用。

Booking platforms like Ctrip and Qunar have deals with other travel agencies so that the latter can sell tickets on the formers’ platforms.

像携程和去哪网这样的预订平台均与其他旅游中介联手，旅游中介可以在这些平台售卖机票。

But up until now, these platforms have not had the proper screening measures to ensure tickets sold on their platforms were without problem.

但到目前为止，平台还没有就机票问题设立任何审查机制。

And here is what an employee of one such travel agency had to say.

Selling tickets redeemed by mileage points had become a common practice recently.

里程积分兑换车票已经成为常态。

Travel agents sometimes acquire mileage points by hacking into frequent flier accounts or by purchasing them from individuals, and redeem their tickets thus.

旅游中介有时会通过盗取“常飞”顾客账号来获得积分，或是通过个人购买兑换机票。

"Customers usually don't know they bought tickets that were redeemed from other people's miles," he said.

他表示称，许多顾客并不知道他们手中的机票是由他人的里程积分兑换而来。

Although many airlines limit travelers to using their own miles or those of relatives, some airlines have not always checked to make sure this is the case, creating room for exploitation.

尽管许多航空公司对乘客或亲属里程实施限制措施，但许多航空公司却不给予查处，这也让不法分子有机可乘。

Indeed, travel booking websites are not the only internet platforms experiencing issues with screening content.

旅游预订网站也不是唯一一个没有审查机制的互联网平台。

Executives of the video-sharing website, Shenzhen Qvod are currently on trial for allowing users to traffic pornographic material on their platform.

Ctrip said that starting from January 11, it would check the origin of every ticket sold on its website.

据携程表示从1月11日起，平台将对所有机票来源进行审查。
