4. Apartment dwellers in Tulsa, Oklahoma got this visitor from above: a dummy rocket off an Air National Guard jet. The non-explosive 22-pound bomb fell into the foundation, cutting off electricity. The pilot thought he dropped the rocket over a field during a practice mission in Kansas.
