1. Torrential rains from Tropical Storm Fay trigger new flooding along Florida's northern Atlantic coast. Jacksonville residents are now being told to expect the brunt of the storm later today.

2. Two little girls from New Jersey were reunited with their father and will be returning home soon. The girls were trapped by violence in the Republic of Georgia for two weeks. They were in the region spending part of their summer with their grandparents.
 
3. The mother of a missing Central Florida toddler is now free on bail. There's hope that Casey Anthony will now open up to investigators about what happened to three-year-old Caylee who vanished in June. 

4. And starting tomorrow, the government will allow food producers to start zapping fresh spinach and iceberg lettuce with just enough radiation to kill E.coli and other dangerous germs. The move is in response to increasing outbreaks from raw produce.
