It then appears to be on track for the Gulf Coast, including Louisiana where Hurricane Katrina struck three years ago. Forecasters expect Gustav to turn back into a hurricane that could reach Category 3 strength.

3.A North Carolina mom remains in the hospital after spending five days in a ravine. Amber Pennell was found in a wreckage of her pickup truck Monday night. She told her husband she clung to life for the sake of their two young children.

4.And talk about a food fight. Spanish revelers pelted each other with more than 100 tons of ripe tomatoes.The ritual dates back to the 1940s.
