3. Powerful winds and heavy rain came down on Taiwan as another typhoon made landfall. It's the fourth and most powerful typhoon to hit the island this year. Areas in and around the capital of Taipei experience wind gust of up to 140 miles per hour.

4. And rescuers say it took seven hours but they managed to help get a whale untangled from a net off the coast of Australia. Rescuers think the whale had been dragging the net and its anchors for more than a week.
