A congressional aide says a military fighter jet crashed into a San Diego neighborhood after both of its engines failed. The crash killed at least three people. Three New York City police officers surrendered and were charged with felonies Tuesday for an attack on a tattoo parlor worker who authorities say was sodomized with a baton in a subway station. The incident happened in October. One officer is charged with aggravated sexual abuse and assault. The two others are charged with hindering prosecution and official misconduct. 4.
