Heavy rain's putting parts of the Gulf Coast under water, the flash flooding in Mobile, Alabama brought on by a slow moving spring storm system. It left property damage and downed trees from Texas all the way to Alabama. A charter bus rolled over on I-94 in Minnesota today, leaving one person dead. High school students and their chaperons were returning from a band trip to Chicago. Dozens of people were hurt. At least three of the passengers are in critical condition. In Zimbabwe now opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai is calling for President Mugabe to step down. Tsyangirai says he won last Saturday's presidential election outright. The government still has not released the results. That's raising suspicions that Mugabe is trying to cling to power. President Bush arrived in Russia today from Croatia where he celebrated the expansion of NATO to the former communist territory. The White House has downplayed expectations ahead of this Summit with Russia President Vladimir Putin. A spokeswoman says a deal on a proposed missile shield for Europe is unlikely. In Canada, a massive fire and its explosion ripped through the Quebec City Armory, one of the city's most historic buildings. Most of the building collapsed, leaving only a brick wall and two towers. The armory housed the Canadian Forces reserve unit and was undergoing renovations. No word yet on the cause of the fire. No injuries so far have been reported. Those are the headlines at this hour.
