3.The man suspected of fatally shooting an abortion doctor is behind bars. Doctor George Tiller was slain while serving as an usher during morning services Sunday in Wichita, Kansas. The gunman fired a shot at Tiller and threatened two other people who tried to stop him.

4.Andy Roddick's longest run at the French Open ended Monday with a 6-4, 6-2,6-3 loss to Gael Monfils of France in the fourth round. The sixth-seeded Roddick was the last US man left in the tournament.
