2.There will be no public memorial plan for Michael Jackson at Neverland Ranch. It appears more likely the funeral and burial will take place in Los Angeles. Meanwhile Jackson's 2002 will put Diana Ross second in line to care for Jackson's kids after the pop star's mother.

3.A French official says the 14-year-old girl who is the only known survivor of a crashed Yemeni jetliner is headed home to Paris. She's a fractured collarbone and will go straight to the hospital. The Yemeni Airbus 310 was carrying 153 people when it went down.

4.Rome Braves manager Randy Ingle wasn't having a good day. The minor leaguer got ejected during a game with the Augusta GreenJackets into a major lead beat.
