1.Alaska governor Sarah Palin is stepping down. She didn't explain exactly why she's taking the abrupt move. But it does further speculation that she's focusing on the 2012 presidential race. The former Republican vice presidential candidate says her last day on the job will be July 26th.

2.Michael Jackson fans are flooding this website. The Staples Center is set to hold the public memorial for the King of Pop on Tuesday. Fans have until tomorrow afternoon to sign up to try to be one of the 8,750 people to get free tickets.

3.Television product pitchman Billy Mays is being remembered as a pop culture icon. Mays's funeral was today in a small suburb of Pittsburgh where he was born and raised. He died at his Florida home on June 28th.

4.The men's final at Wimbledon is set. Five-time-champ Rodger Federer will face off against American Andy Roddick. This will be the third time the two have played each other for the title with Federer winning both times.
