That statement follows a law enforcement official telling the AP that Dr. Conrad Robert Murray gave Jackson a powerful anesthetic to help him sleep. Authorities believe that drug is what caused Jackson’s heart to stop.

2.Conjoined twins born with a single body and two heads have died just five days after being born. The boys died from organ failure within minutes of one another. They were born in an Indonesian hospital last Thursday with two hearts but shared all other vital organs.

3.Jailed Texas financier R. Allen Stanford says he wants to be moved from a private prison to a federal detention center because he's been without air conditioning. Stanford also says he has to share a cell with up to ten other inmates. He's jailed on charges of operating a 7-billion-dollar Ponzi scheme.

4.A Californian judge has appointed a lawyer to keep a close eye on the earnings of Nadya Suleman’s octuplets. He says he wants to make sure the babies aren't exploited for financial gain. The family accept to star in a reality show this fall.
