1.President Barack Obama addresses a joint session at  Congress tonight as he made a final push to overhauled America's health care system. Aides say the president's gona to answer some of the big questions raised by voters during the Summer of discontent.

2. The governor of Istanbul says the death toll from the flooding in the Turkish City is now up to 20. Another 20 people have been hurting in the floods. Heavy downfalls are expected  to continue all week. Governor insists the authorities have taken all necessary precautions

3.US Marshals are selling off more of the disgraced financer Bernard Maddoff's properties.It's in New York City apartment where Maddoff confessed  to a massive "Ponzi Scheme" goes up to sale this week.The government says the prosy will help day-off investors.

4.The accuser on  the Steeler's Ben Roethlisberger said she will drop her sexual assault suit if the quartback admits to rape her and apologize to her. Roethlisburger says she'll do either. The Super Bowl Winning Cube says he's done nothing wrong.
