1. President Barack Obama is telling Congress it’s time to stop bickering and pass health care reform. Obama received several standing ovations from his own party during the prime time address. But at one point, Republican Joe Wilson of South Carolina yelled out “You lie! ” during the president's speech. Wilson later called the White House to apologize for the outburst.

 2. Police say a Bolivian religious fanatic hijacked a jetliner as it landed in Mexico City Wednesday. Authorities say the Bible-carrying hijacker used a juice can to hold 103 passengers and crew on the tarmac for more than an hour. They were all released unharmed.

 3. (The) founder of Apple Steve Jobs took to the stage for the first time since his liver transplant to launch his new iPod nano. Looking thin and speaking quietly, the 54-year-old CEO also urged everyone to become organ donors.

 4. Ellen DeGeneres has danced her way into a new gig. Fox announced Wednesday the talk show host would be the fourth judge on American Idol come January. This comes about a month after the original judge Paula Abdul quit the show.
