3.Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty for four men accused in the death of a Florida couple known for adopting children with special needs.Authority charged the man with killing Byrd,and Melanie Billings last July, two others and a 16-year-old boy have also been charged.

4.The final four in the baseball playoff is now set.The Philadelphia Phillips finished off the Colarodo Rockies last night.Fianl sock 5-to-4.Phillips will now travel to L.A. to take on the Dodgers Thursday,The America League Championship series pits the Los Angeles against the New York Yankees,that series starts Friday.
